How to assign multiple contacts to a lead or booking
Create or edit a lead or booking, go to the Contact field and assign multiple Contacts. If they don't exist in your system yet, you can create them inline.
- From your dashboard, select the Leads or Bookings
- Click the Ellipsis (3 dots) on an existing Lead or Booking and select Edit.
- Click on the Details tab and in Customer, Select an existing Customer or Click +Create New Contact from the dropdown list (If selecting an existing Customer, you can move to point 14)
- A Create Contact form will appear.
- Click Name and type your Value.
- Add a Picture.
- Click Email and type your Value.
- Add a Phone Number.
- Add an Address.
- Click Company and type your Value.
- Click Job Title and type your Value.
- Click Save.
- You will be taken back to the original Page.
- Click Save and close the drawer by clicking on the X
