How to add Contacts

Keep an address book of contacts to use and select from around the system, whether it’s adding a venue representative to a lead or customer to a job, keep track of the people that are involved. 


Add a Contact in the Contacts Page

  1. From your dashboard, select the Contacts (people) icon.

  2. Click on +Add Contact

  3. On the details tab, you can add the following :-

    • Name

    • Email (required field)

    • Phone

    • Address

    • Company

  4. Click Save

Create a Contact via a Lead or a Booking

  1. From your dashboard, select the Leads or Bookings icon

  2. Add a lead or booking or edit one by clicking on it or by using the Ellipsis (3 dots) on the right hand side.

  3. On the Details tab, in the Customer field, select +Create New Contact and enter the relevant information and click Save.

  4. Click Save on the lead or booking.

    Note - You can select this contact in any Contact reference field throughout the platform such as in other leads or bookings.
