How to add Contacts
Keep an address book of contacts to use and select from around the system, whether it’s adding a venue representative to a lead or customer to a job, keep track of the people that are involved.
Add a Contact in the Contacts Page
- From your dashboard, select the Contacts (people) icon
- Click on +Add Contact
- Add the contact’s details. Email is required. Name, Picture and Phone number are optional.
- Click Save
- You can select this contact in any Contact reference field throughout the platform such as in leads or bookings
Create a Contact via a Lead or a Booking
- From your dashboard, select the Leads or Bookings icon
- Add a lead or booking or edit one using the Ellipsis (3 dots) on the right hand side.
- Under the Customer field, select a Contact or +Create New Contact inline.
- Click Save on the lead or booking.
- You can select this new contact in any Contact reference field throughout the platform such as in other leads or bookings.
