How to add Contacts

Keep an address book of contacts to use and select from around the system, whether it’s adding a venue representative to a lead or customer to a job, keep track of the people that are involved. 

Add a Contact in the Contacts Page

  1. From your dashboard, select the Contacts (people) icon
  2. Click on +Add Contact
  3. Add the contact’s details. Email is required. Name, Picture and Phone number are optional.
  4. Click Save
  5. You can select this contact in any Contact reference field throughout the platform such as in leads or bookings

Create a Contact via a Lead or a Booking

  1. From your dashboard, select the Leads or Bookings icon
  2. Add a lead or booking or edit one using the Ellipsis (3 dots) on the right hand side.
  3. Under the Customer field, select a Contact or +Create New Contact inline.
  4. Click Save on the lead or booking.
  5. You can select this new contact in any Contact reference field throughout the platform such as in other leads or bookings.
