How to record more information about a Contact
Capture further information about Contacts such as their company or job title by adding fields to the contact form.
Go to your Profile Icon (bottom left) > Settings.
Select Contacts from the menu.
This page has the settings for Contacts, click + Add Field.
In the Name field, enter a label for the field eg. Job Title.
Select the Type of field eg. Text (one line).
Click Save.
From your dashboard, select the Contacts (people) icon.
Search or Scroll for the Contact and click the Ellipsis (3 dots) and click Edit
You'll see the new field on the Contact, enter the new information into the new field eg. Event Planner
Click Save.
