How to record more information about a Contact

Capture further information about Contacts such as their company or job title by adding fields to the contact form. 

  1. Go to your Profile Icon (bottom left) > Settings
  2. Click Contacts
  3. This page has the settings for Contacts, click + Add Field
  4. In the Name field, enter a label for the field eg. Company
  5. Select the Type of field eg. Text (one line)
  6. Click Save
  7. Click the Contacts icon in the left menu
  8. Click the Ellipsis (3 dots) on a Contact, and click Edit
  9. You'll see the new field on the Contact, enter the new information into the new field eg. Deer Park Hotel
  10. Click Save
