How does a client view their Contract

Clients can view and sign their contract after submitting their Booking form or by going to their client portal link and clicking on the Contract icon then choosing the individual contract. Dates and times of the signature are recorded.

  1. Ensure the client has been sent their client portal link (see How customers view their Client Portal)

  2. Choose the Booking to view the Contract for.

  3. Click on Contract.

  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the contract. Click on Download PDF (bottom left), which will save on their device.
