How customers view their Client Portal
In your Bookings page, click on the 3 dots menu on the Booking and click on Send Client Portal Link. Your customer/s will receive a link via email. They can click on their link, enter their email to receive a magic link to view their bookings.
- From your dashboard, select the Bookings icon
- Choose the Booking you want to Send a Client Portal Link, and click on the Ellipsis (3 dots)
- Click on Send Client Portal Link
- The customer's email address will appear in the To box
- The default Subject will be Your client portal link for (event title)
- The Message will contain a Client Portal Link
- Click Send.
