How to show and edit an Assigned Staff block in the client portal

How to show and configure the Assigned Staff block in the client portal.

  1. Go to your Profile Icon (bottom left) > Settings

  2. Select Client Portal from the menu.

  3. On your chosen Brand, click the Ellipsis (3 dots) and select Edit Client Portal.

  4. Click Edit Layout.

  5. Click +Add Block.

  6. Click on the Assigned Staff Block (so it has a blue outline) and click OK.

  7. Click Turn edit mode off.

  8. Locate the Assigned Staff Block and click the Ellipsis (3 dots). The Block Settings will appear

  9. Block Settings > The top Bar is the Title of the Block e.g "Assigned Staff"

  10. Block Settings > Half Width toggle chooser allows you to display the Block in either Half Width or Full Width.

  11. Options > Contact Details > Telephone toggle chooser to enable "to call". Clients can then make contact with the assigned staff by Telephone.

  12. Options > Contact Details > Email toggle chooser to enable "to email". Clients can then make contact with the assigned staff by Email.

  13. Options > Remove to remove the Block if necessary. The block will not show anymore, but will only be removed once you have clicked Save.

  14. Should you need to add the Block again, you can add it back in by clicking on Edit Layout and then +Add Block.

  15. The Widget box will open. Click on the Assigned Staff Block and click OK. The block will now be added back in.

  16. To edit the layout, click on Edit Layout and this will allow you to move each block around by hovering over the block, and when the hand appears over the block, click and hold over the block and move it. Once finished, click on Turn edit mode off.

  17. Click Save.
