How to show or edit a Job List block in the client portal
How to configure the Job List block in the Client Portal.
Go to your Profile Icon (bottom left) > Settings
Select Client Portal from the menu.
On your chosen Brand, click the Ellipsis (3 dots) and select Edit Client Portal.
Click Edit Layout.
Click +Add Block.
Click on the Job List (so it has a blue outline) and click OK.
Click Turn edit mode off.
Locate the Job List Block and click the Ellipsis (3 dots). The Block Settings will appear.
Block Settings > The top Bar is the Title of the Block e.g "Job List"
Block Settings > Half Width toggle chooser allows you to display the Block in either Half Width or Full Width.
Hide Empty Fields toggle chooser allows you to hide / view the Empty Fields for the Job
Options > Visible Fields allows you to select which Fields are visible. Click on the toggle for each option. These will only show fields with data in, depending on the option chosen in Hide Empty Fields.
Options > Editable Fields. If you want your Client to be able to update any details, you can make any of the fields Editable on the Client Portal using the toggle.
Options > Remove to remove the Block if necessary. The block will not show anymore, but will only be removed once you have clicked Save.
Should you need to add the Block again, you can add it back in by clicking on Edit Layout and then +Add Block.
The Widget box will open. Click on the Job Lists Block and click OK. The block will now be added back in.
To edit the layout, click on Edit Layout and this will allow you to move each block around by hovering over the block, and when the hand appears over the block, click and hold over the block and move it. Once finished, click on Turn edit mode off.
Click Save.
