How to show a Review block in the client portal

How to configure the Review Block in the Client Portal.

  1. Go to your Profile Icon (bottom left) > Settings
  2. Select Client Portal from the menu.
  3. On your chosen Brand, click the Ellipsis (3 dots) and select Edit Client Portal.
  4. Locate the Review Block and click the Ellipsis (3 dots). The Block Settings will appear
  5. The top Bar is the Title of the Block.
  6. The Half Width toggle chooser allows you to display the Block in either Half Width or Full Width.
  7. Options > Visibility gives you Date Logic. Click on the Dropdown Menu to display the option from the list - e.g Always Display or 1 hour after event.
  8. Options > Review Links allows you to choose the platform used to capture Reviews - e.g https://facebook.com/reviews or https://google.com/reviews. These can be deleted by using the Trash Can icon and you can add more by clicking on the +Add Link and entering the URL.
  9. Remove the Block if necessary. The block will only be removed once you have clicked Save.
  10. Should you need to add the Block again, you can add it back in by clicking on +Add Block (located at the top of the page).
  11. The Widget box will open. Click on the Review Block and click OK. The block will now be added back in.
  12. Should you want to change the layout of the Client Portal, you can click Edit Layout. You can then move each block around by hovering over the block, and when the hand appears over the block, click and hold over the block and move it. Once finished, click on Turn edit mode off.
  13. Click Save.
