How to edit the layout and remove blocks in the client portal
Edit the appearance of the client portal and remove blocks of information in the client portal.
- Go to your Profile Icon (bottom left) > Settings
- Select Client Portal from the menu.
- On your chosen Brand, click the Ellipsis (3 dots) and select Edit Client Portal.
- To edit the layout, click on Edit Layout and this will allow you to move each block around by hovering over the block, and when the hand appears over the block, click and hold over the block and move it. Once finished, click on Turn edit mode off.
- To add a block, Click on Edit Layout and click on +Add Block and you will see the blocks that are available to add. Once finished, click on Turn edit mode off.
- To remove a block click the Ellipsis (3 dots) on the block you wish to remove and click on Remove. Please note that you do not need to click on Edit Layout first to do this.
- Click Save.
