How do Clients review artwork in the client portal

Customers can view the overlay artwork that you or they have uploaded, so they can review it. Clients can download, submit comments and amendment requests as well as approve their artwork.

A customer can review the artwork by accessing their Client Portal.
Locate the Artwork block.
Click on View - where they can :-
- Download - Download the artwork.
- Comment - Click on Comment, and +Add Comment and click on a particular part of the image, and the Add Comment box will open. Your customer can enter a comment and click Add. They can add additional comments by clicking on +Add Comment
- Approve - A popup box will open asking Are you sure? Click Approve or Cancel to return to the Artwork. Please note - Once artwork has been approved you will no longer be able to request amendments.
