How to add multiple Brands

First add your new brand in Settings > Branding to set the name, colors, domain and override global contact information if needed. You can then assign different forms to different brands and design another client portal to suit. Your clients can then contact, book and manage their event through the correct brand. You'll also be able to view which brand your clients came into the system through your leads and bookings page views.

  1. Go to your Profile Icon (bottom left) > Settings
  2. Select Branding from the menu
  3. Click on the +Add Brand.
  4. Input the following values
  • Name
  • Logo
  • Icon
  • Brand Color
  • Accent Color
  • System Domain
  • Vanity domain.

      5. Click Save.

Overriding the global contact information (email/ phone/ website) will use the updated details rather than the business details.  Clients will receive details in communications depending on the brand that they booked with. For example if you use the {brand_email} variable in communications, the system will replace it with the overridden brand email address and fall-back to the set business email if none is set.
