How to add multiple Brands
Adding multiple Brands allows you to assign different forms to different brands and design another client portal to suit. Your clients can then contact, book and manage their event through the correct brand. You'll also be able to view which brand your clients came into the system through your leads and bookings page views.
Go to your Profile Icon (bottom left) > Settings
Select Branding from the menu.
Click on the +Add Brand.
Input the following values :-
Name
Override global contact information* - Tick the checkbox - If the contact information for this brand is different to your main business, override it here. More options will appear - see below
Logo - This will be used as the default logo on all customer facing pages.
Icon - Used for shortcut and browser icons. A square format PNG at least 100px X 100px in size will work best.
Brand Colour - Used as the primary colour on customer facing pages and documents.
Accent Colour - Used as the secondary colour on customer facing pages and documents.
System Domain - The unique subdomain used on all of your customer facing pages, documents and links.
Vanity Domain - Optionally create a custom subdomain to match your websites domain e.g. clients.yourwebsite.com
Social Links - click +Add link, and enter a Link Label and the Link.
Review Links - click +Add link, and enter a Link Label and the Link.
Custom Links - Tick the check box and +Add link will appear. Click +Add link and enter a Link Label and the choose an option from the dropdown menu.
Override global contact information*
If you Tick the checkbox for Override global contact information, you will need to enter the following :-
E-mail
Phone
Website
Note - Overriding the global contact information (email / phone / website) will use the updated details rather than the business details. Clients will receive details in communications depending on the brand that they booked with. For example if you use the {brand_email} variable in communications, the system will replace it with the overridden brand email address and fall-back to the set business email if none is set.
