How to set your branding design
Update the look of your system to reflect your business. Set your default branding logo, colors and domains and create multiple brands.
Add A Brand
- Go to your Profile Icon (bottom left) > Settings > Branding
- Ensure you have at least one brand added, click the Ellipsis (3 dots) to Edit your current brand or click +Add Brand
- Name your brand
- Override global contact information allows you to set alternative contact information to display to your customers and clients (eg. in variables for notifications) if you’d like this to be different from your main details set in Settings > Business Details
- Click to upload your Logo (your main business logo) and Icon (a small square icon works best). Upload your image from your computer or choose from Files already uploaded to your system.
- Set your Brand Color and Accent Color - these will be the default colors reflected in the public facing pages for your clients and customers such as the client portal and booking forms.
- System Domain is the main URL where you access your system online and will show in your URL bar across your account. This can be updated but be aware that any previous URLs sent out or already embedded widgets may not work - you'll need to update them to the new URL.
- Click Save
Add Your Domain
A Vanity Domain allows you to offer a full white-labelled journey to your customers - they can progress from your website to contact and book on your own brand's domain. This provides customer assurance that they are booking directly with you, makes you look far more established, and it looks far more professional than sending customers off to a third party booking website.
- Ensure you have added your subdomain as a CNAME in your domain hosting account before updating your Vanity Domain in your system.
- Go to your profile icon (bottom left) > Settings > Branding
- Ensure you have at least one brand added, click the Ellipsis (3 dots) to Edit your current brand or click +Add Brand
- Scroll down to the Vanity Domain section, enter your subdomain eg. booking.mybusiness.com
- Click Save
- Your Vanity Domain will show in your URL bar across any customer facing pages
- Any embedded widgets in your website will not be affected - since these rely on your System Domain instead.
Further Design
Further branding colors and design can be set in individual booking forms, lead capture forms and client portals.
