How to update your branding design

Update the look of your system to reflect your business. Set your default branding logo, colors and domains and create multiple brands.

Update A Brand

  1. Go to your Profile Icon (bottom left) > Settings.

  2. Select Branding from the menu.

  3. Click on the Brand you want to edit, or use the Ellipsis (3 dots) at the end of the row and select edit.

Edit any of the following :-

  • Name

  • Override global contact information* Tick the checkbox - If the contact information for this brand is different to your main business, override it here. More options will appear - see below

  • Logo (your main business logo)

  • Icon (a small square icon works best)

  • Brand Color

  • Accent Color

Override global contact information*

  1. If you Tick the checkbox for Override global contact information, you will need to enter the following :-

    • E-mail

    • Phone

    • Website

Note - Overriding the global contact information (email / phone / website) will use the updated details rather than the business details.  Clients will receive details in communications depending on the brand that they booked with. For example if you use the {brand_email} variable in communications, the system will replace it with the overridden brand email address and fall-back to the set business email if none is set.

Add Your Domain

  1. System Domain is the the unique subdomain used on all of your customer facing pages, documents and links. This can be updated but be aware that any previous URLs sent out or already embedded widgets may not work - you'll need to update them to the new URL.

  2. Vanity Domain - Optionally create a custom subdomain to match your websites domain e.g. clients.yourwebsite.com. This allows you to offer a full white-labelled journey to your customers and they can progress from your website to contact and book on your own brand's domain. This provides customer assurance that they are booking directly with you, makes you look far more established, and it looks far more professional than sending customers off to a third party booking website.

  3. To add a vanity domain, you must first create a CNAME record in your domain's DNS settings pointing to clients.boothbook.com.

Social Links

  1. Social Links - click +Add link, and enter a Link Label and the Link.

Review Links

  1. Review Links - click +Add link, and enter a Link Label and the Link.

Custom Links

  1. Custom Links - Tick the check box and +Add link will appear. Click +Add link and enter a Link Label and the choose an option from the dropdown menu.

Please note - Further branding colors and design can be set in individual booking forms, lead capture forms and client portals.
