How to set a user's availability

Set the days and times that you and your staff are available. You can then ensure your forms account for your availability when customers are booking online.

  1. From your dashboard, select the Calendar icon.

  2. Ensure you are on the Staff Calendar tab.

  3. Click on the date (or if multiple dates, click on the first day and drag your mouse until you reach the end date).

  4. A "Confirm Dates" popup will appear, asking you to confirm "Are you sure you want to add these dates as unavailable dates?"

  5. If correct, click OK and the date/s will turn Red.

  6. If incorrect, click Cancel and repeat from Step 6.

  7. To update any unavailable date/s, click on it and a "Confirm Dates" popup will appear, asking you to confirm "Are you sure you want to remove these dates from unavailable dates?"

  8. If correct, click OK and the date/s will show as available.

  9. If incorrect, click Cancel.

  10. Click Save.
