How to upload Artwork to Jobs

Add an Artwork type field to your Job Management settings. You are then able to Upload Artwork in the jobs' Files tab.

1. Go to your Profile Icon (bottom left) > Settings.

2. Select Job Management from the menu.

3. Click + Add Field.

4. Input the following values :-

   • Name - Artwork

   • Type - Artwork (more setting will appear, see below)

   • Field Visibility - Choose from "All", "Bookings" or "Leads" from the dropdown selection. We recommend All

5. Artwork Settings - Restrict Access - if you tick the check box, it allows you to select which of your teams can view this field, should you want to restrict access to particular teams.

6. Artwork Settings - Allow Multiple - tick the checkbox - for multiple files

7. Artwork Settings - Allowed Extensions - we recommend selecting .JPG, .JPEG and .PNG.

8. Artwork Settings - Upload Size (MB) - we recommend selecting 5MB

9. Click Save
